Managing Director & Venue Manager
Tracey's passion for events and weddings began early, with dreams of owning her own venue when she was a kid. This passion led her to an exciting career as a wedding planner on the ski fields of Canada, followed by years of experience in events and marketing. When the opportunity to purchase The Waterlily Gardens arose, Tracey’s lifelong dream became a reality.
Now, as the Managing Director and Venue Manager, Tracey is at the heart of everything that happens at The Waterlily Gardens. She's your main point of contact, ensuring every detail of your event is handled with care and expertise.
Cath Green
Operations Manager
Dragged out of retirement to join their daughter Tracey in her big dream, Cath Green has embraced the adventure of The Waterlily Gardens with enthusiasm. Cath, our Operations Manager, ensures that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
During events, you’ll find Cath in the kitchen, supporting the team, while She is the backbone of the operations at The Waterlily Gardens, contributing her skills and energy to make every event special.
Sage & Pepper
Shadow Chasers & Resident Fluff Balls
Sage and Pepper, once big city dogs, are now living every dog’s dream, enjoying the freedom of The Waterlily Gardens. Though they're tucked away during events, Pepper will seize any chance to meet new people and make friends. The fairy lights around the Waterlily Pavilion captivate more than just our visitors—you can often find these two fluffy companions chasing the shadows they create, adding a touch of playful charm to the gardens.

The Waterlily Gardens thrives thanks to the dedication of our incredible team. Leading our grounds team is Craig, our Property Manager, alongside Paul, our Grounds Keeper, and our hardworking gardeners, Keaton and Sandy, who take great pride in ensuring the gardens are always looking their very best. Our setup, events, and housekeeping team—Kim, our talented Chef, along with Kerry, Sue, Shanai, Abbi, Lina, Ejay, Murray, and Rian—work seamlessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail is taken care of and every event runs smoothly. Together, this remarkable team helps bring the vision of outstanding events at The Waterlily Gardens to life, creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through our gates.
