VENUE HIRE

We provide:

  • Experienced Venue Co-ordinator, for the day, and leading up to your Wedding to ensure the venue is run smoothly in the background.

  • Venue rehearsal with your Venue Co-ordinator to iron out timings and any confirm details prior to the day

  • Exclusive use of the grounds and function facilities for the ceremony, photos and reception.

  • Bridal Suite during the day.

  • Use of Wooden Wedding Arch if required.

  • Set up of our ceremony chairs, and our wedding arch in your chosen area (Up to 80 seats depending on space) if required.

  • A selection of outdoor games, bar leaners, wine barrels with umbrellas, outdoor rugs and cushions, outdoor tables and seating. *Weather dependant

  • Selection of Easels for seating plan/welcome signs

  • Cake tables and Cake Knife

  • Pavilion drapery and fairy/festoon lights

  • Assorted tables, including signing table & chairs, wishing well table and cake table or wine barrel

  • Set up of reception room place settings by our staff (tables, chairs, white linen, crockery, cutlery, and glassware) for up to our maximum of 120 guests

  • Breakdown and cleaning of the facility on completion of your Wedding

  • Honeymoon cottage for night of the wedding.

 

Standard hours of hire are 10.30am through to 11.30pm on your wedding day.  

(Bar closes/Music  off at 11.00pm)
